Storage - Basic Plan

I currently downgraded from a Pro account to a Basic Plan but I have some recording stored there from a year ago. What is the max amount of cloud storage that I have with the Basic Plan? Will these go away once my payment lapses in a few days?

Hi @HNeff418 , cloud storage is not included on Basic plans. By canceling your Pro plan, you will lose access to your previous cloud recordings. These cloud recordings will be permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation. To access them, you must subscribe to a plan with clouding recordings within the 30-day time period (see https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203634215-Canceling-your-subscription)
