Shame On ZOOM! Horrible Support

I could write a book on my horrendous Zoom experiences. Agents can’t follow basic conversations, they never solve any issues, they always have attitudes, and they have no consideration for customers time! Yesterday I was hung up on while in a meeting mid conversation by an agent named John, someone by that name today refused to transfer me to a supervisor despite me asking five times. Then I contacted chat again and they transferred me to the wrong department and got the wrong department inside the meeting. That manager said someone from tech support would call me and help me, but they called three times before I could hear someone on the other line. I was also on chat. I was speaking with a manager and he PURPOSELY disconnected the call. The agent on the phone did too. Apparently, this is a thing here. They have hung up on me more than 8 times in the last 7 months for no reason at all other than they just don’t want to help. Agents aren’t properly trained, then all they do is create tickets which no one ever follows up or resolves. A multi billion dollar company with no morals, care for customers, or customer service. Does anyone have any alternatives to Zoom? I’m sick of the fake apologies and constant disrespect.  Thanks.
