Restore terminated account

If your Zoom account has been terminated, restoring it depends on the reason for termination:

• If your account was terminated due to a violation of Zoom’s Terms of Service, you can submit an appeal to Zoom for review. Visit the Submit Appeal page and provide the required information about your account and the reason for your appeal. Be sure to mention the importance of your Zoom Marketplace app in your appeal.

• If your account was terminated for another reason (such as non-payment or inactivity), please clarify the reason if you know it. For non-payment suspensions, you can follow the steps in this article to reactivate your account: How to reactivate a suspended Zoom account.

If you’re unsure why your account was terminated, you can try resetting your password or signing in again. If you still cannot access your account, submitting an appeal is the best next step.
