reoccurring monthly charges

Somehow back in January 11, 2025 I inadvertently signed up for zoom workplace, and have been charged $15.99 per month since January 11, 2025. I’ve not used workplace zoom at all, I have since canceled the monthly subscription, and I would like a refund going back to January 11, 2025, please.
