Renewed Subscribtion - No Invoice
Although I renewed my subscription in early March I I neither received an invoice nor was my credit card charged. Credit card data and payment methods in my account are correct. However I receive a message, that my account will be changed to "monthly", which is of course more expensive.
When I try to manage the account I cannot click on "Bestellung auslösen" although all necessary data is given.
Who can help? What do I have to do?
