Remove Credit Card

Some payment method needs to be on an account to keep it as a paid account. Are you looking to downgrade a paid account to free? or do you need to remove one payment method and add another? For billing management sign in to the web portal > click on your personal icon in the upper right corner > plans and billing > billing management tab.

It is terrible that Zoom will not allow you to remove a credit card, precisely for hacking reasons. In addition, I set up an account for a nonprofit organization and do not want my credit card in there for the long term, as someone else may pay when it's time to renew. Shame on you, Zoom. 

Same issue here. I have upgarded the plan to get a paid account, I paid for 1 year subscription, then I cancelled. So it won't renew automaticaly. But - I can't remove my credit card data from Zoom. Why they need to store it? I can only "edit" payment method meaning I need to submit another valid credit card if I am to remove current card, but that doesn't make any sense at all. I want zero cards to be linked and stored in the zoom system

YIKES! I am also in the position of being the zoom person of an informal group that I belong to.  I now downgraded to a free zoom account but it won't let me remove my personal info!!!
This has to be  resolved. 

Any more word about that?

I suggest to link to a paypal account using the option of paypal balance. With this you can remove your credit card detail from zoom.
