I am facing an issue while making payment. It shows me something about e-mandate and doesn't proceed further for payment. What should I do?

Hey @mahaviradvaya, a screenshot or exact verbiage of the error you're receiving will help dig for a solution. However, some of these suggested KBs may help.

If related to an error code, suggest looking into the KB on Error codes for billing.

If about India's E-Mandate (not aware of your geographical location), suggest looking into the KB on Frequently asked questions about India's e-mandate directive.
