Refund Request - Unused Subscription

Hello,

I was charged for my monthly subscription today less than one hour ago.

I have not used the service at all.

I cancelled the subscription immediately after the charge.

I kindly request a refund as a one-time exception.

    Hi ​@Tatyana Kamyshova and thank you for reaching out . Unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating. For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.

    For account-specific help, please use the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.
