Purchased Wrong Subscription
Hi,
I purchased a Zoom Room monthly subscription three days ago. I noticed that I was still only able to host Zoom meetings for 40 mins, like the basic package allows. I later realized that instead of the Zoom Room subscription, I should've purchased a package that allows me to extend the meeting time. Hence, I cancelled my Zoom Room subscription and I'm trying to purchase a Pro subscription. However, I'm not able to. Whenever I choose the Pro subscription, it doesn't show up in my cart. Is it possible to purchase a Pro package after purchasing a Zoom Room?
