Actually i wanted to purchase zoom workplace pro i clicked on the product purchase but i was misled to scheduler and i made the payment. This was mistake from zoom now they should credit this amount to my zoom workplace pro

It sounds like you accidentally purchased Zoom Scheduler instead of Zoom Workplace Pro. Don’t worry — Zoom’s Billing team can help you get this sorted out.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Submit a Billing Support Request
    Go to the Zoom Support page and select Billing & Payments → Refund or Credit Request.

  2. Include these details in your request:

    • The email address used for the purchase
    • The order or invoice number (from your confirmation email)
    • A short note explaining that you intended to buy Zoom Workplace Pro, but the payment went to Zoom Scheduler, and you’d like the amount credited or refunded
  3. Wait for Billing to respond before repurchasing the Workplace Pro plan — this ensures you don’t get charged twice.

If the payment was made through the App StoreGoogle Play, or a Zoom reseller, please contact them directly for refund assistance, as Zoom cannot process those transactions.

Once Billing reviews your case, they’ll either issue a credit or a refund, depending on your situation.
