Pro 정기구독 하고 있는데요. 갑자기 기본으로 바뀌었어요

안녕하세요.

 

Pro 정기 구독(월 결제)하고 있고요, 며칠 전에 3월 결제도 완료되었습니다.

근데, 오늘 갑자기 제 요금제가 기본으로 바뀌어있네요. 매우 당황스럽습니다.

매일 회의를 해야하는데, 빠른 조치를 부탁드립니다.

    I apologize for the late response. If your account is showing as Zoom Workplace Basic even though you have a Pro subscription, it's possible you are not signed in to the correct Zoom account. Please double-check that you are logged in with the email address associated with your Pro subscription to access your paid features.
