Pro account with no live chat support

I'm trying to change my sign-in e-mail because it has been de-activated and all communication from zoom is going to it but I no longer have access to it. I also have no access to a live chat service even though my account is a pro.

I’m unable to help anyone because I’m new to zoom and need help with my personal ID number and host key. When I try to use the numbers on my profile page, I’m getting a recording stating they can’t find my account

I am having the SAME problem. I have to have the PRO account because I am a therapist and have had it for years - now - I cannot get anyone on the phone - nor am I am able to upgrade my software which means I cannot use my ZOOM for meetings. I am getting the run around. I am not happy.
