Pro Account is not active, despite it is paid

I bought the Pro Account and paid it (with Apple Pay) but I used my "normal" Account and not the Apple-ID-Account (I only have one Zoom Account). Now in the Zoom Account it only shows the Baisc Account. So what can I do? I paid the Pro Version and atm can only use the basic version.

Welcome to the Zoom Community!

 

If you have a Pro account (paid), but your account is showing as Basic (free), you may be signed in to the wrong account. You can check out this article on troubleshooting paid accounts still showing as basic.
