Plan and Billing issue
I paid for a Pro annual subscription in full. After cancelling the subscription (with the expectation of a possible refund), my account was immediately downgraded to the Basic plan with a 40-minute meeting limit.
However, I did not receive any refund, and the annual period I paid for has not yet expired but I don’t have access to the Pro features. At the moment, I am unable to contact support directly, which makes it difficult to resolve this issue.
Can someone clarify whether I can return to my paid plan?
