This doesn't work!! Why do you continue to offer it as "help?" It isn't! How is it possible that a company with such a TERRIFIC product as Zoom can't handle something as simple as a password reset??
The community is a place, where we can offer suggestions to customers and not really assist with making changes to customer accounts. You can always open a support ticket if you need help making any changes.
