Not able to purchase additional licenses

I have a Pro account, and I want to purchase additional licences. For some reason, I am not able to edit my plan (the edit button is not working), so I am not able to buy more licences.  Could you please help?

Hey @Valeria_mind suggest looking into the knowledge base article on Upgrading your account and add-ons. If you're still having issues upgrading, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here.
