Non Response From Zoom
Does anyone have advice on how to get someone from Zoom to respond to a support ticket? I’ve tried calling, emailing, virtual agent. I got one person to email me (Lee) but then didn’t respond to resolve my issue. The person on the phone (Lou) said she would escalate the ticket, but still no response. Then I went online to escalate the ticket myself, but still no response. We are trying to revise the number of webinar host accounts so that it is reflected on our upcoming invoice. I reached out about this several weeks ago to resolve this, and now the invoice is past due. We are afraid that Zoom is going to downgrade our account because our payment is late. I don’t know what else to do.
