Question
No longer have access to email on account
I need to change the email associated with my account, but I no longer have access to the old email. I’ve tried troubleshooting a couple of ways with no luck. I then put in a ticket for Zoom to help and haven’t heard back and it’s been a few weeks/month. Anyone have any ideas to help?! I need to change it. We just renewed our yearly subscription. Otherwise I’d just cancel our account and start a whole new one.
