No longer have access to email on account

I need to change the email associated with my account, but I no longer have access to the old email. I’ve tried troubleshooting a couple of ways with no luck. I then put in a ticket for Zoom to help and haven’t heard back and it’s been a few weeks/month. Anyone have any ideas to help?! I need to change it. We just renewed our yearly subscription. Otherwise I’d just cancel our account and start a whole new one.

    You’ll likely need Zoom Support to verify your account and update the email manually. Try submitting another ticket or contacting them through the support chat and include your account details and proof of subscription. Hopefully they can resolve it faster.
