No "Change Owner" to click

We want to change the owner of the account, and the documentation says:

In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Profile.
Click Change Owner.

 

On the Account Profile page, I do not HAVE a "Change Owner" link.  Did things change?  Am I doing something wrong?

Prerequisites for changing the account owner

  • Current account owner privileges
  • Free with Credit Card, Pro, Education, Business or API Partner account
