Need Help: Zoom Subscription Auto-Refunded

Hi everyone,

I paid for my Zoom plan(phone $15 unlimited calling one)on Jan 28, and by Jan 31 it was automatically refunded without me doing anything. Now, when I try to pay again, it won’t process keeps giving an error.

Has anyone faced this? How did you resolve it? Any advice is appreciated.
