My subscription of large meeting of  500 not activated inspite of payment done yesterday and in status it is showing active

Hi,Varun

In order to enable mass meetings, the account administrator needs to change the user type.
There are two ways to do this: edit it in User Management, or change it in bulk in csv.
Please contact CSM for detailed instructions.
I've made changes for 40,000 users by edit and it was a lot of work, so I've told Zoom CSM that I'd like to make it easier for them.

Hi @VarunManek suggest taking a look into Enabling the Large Meeting add-on once you've purchased your large meeting add-on.
