Login type or moving subscription

Good afternoon! I paid for a subscription to another account by mistake. I can't use it because authorization is enabled only through Google. I have 2 questions: 1. Is it possible to transfer a subscription to another account or change the owner? 2. Is it possible to change the type of authorization from Google to a login with a password?
