Be sure to provide them both email addresses, and if possible, the Zoom Account number.

If you no longer have access to the email address attached to your Zoom account, contact Zoom Support. There are a number of reasons why you may receive an email from Zoom, such as an email asking you to confirm your email change, or an email with a time-sensitive verification code to input in the following situations:

• Resetting your password (forgot password)
• Having a suspicious log in (for example, logging in from an unknown or not often used location, browser, or device)
• Reporting an issue to Zoom Trust & Safety, such as a compromised Zoom account

If you do have access to the email inbox, but you’re not receiving the email, learn more about troubleshooting issues related to not receiving emails from Zoom.
