Invoice Problem

i have a big problem,

i recived an invoice for a all year with an amount that is witout a copun , i reached to ZOOM BILLING Costumer Service to remove the invoice becouse i want to put the copun and downgrade the licenes.

they told me to cancel the plane so i did but. the invoice is still want me to pay until all year.

how can you help me?
