Inquiry Regarding Possible Refund for Zoom Subscription Charged on February 5, 2026

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of a refund for my Zoom subscription.
My subscription payment was processed on February 5, 2026, but I have not used the service since the charge was made. I was not aware that the subscription would renew at that time, and I noticed the payment only afterward.
I understand that, according to Zoom’s Terms of Service, charges are generally non-refundable once processed. However, since the subscription has not been used at all, I wanted to kindly ask whether an exception or any possible refund option might be available in this case.
