I paid for the upgrade plan

Back when Zoom emailed everyone to upgrade their plan or delete old files, I chose to upgrade so that I could save my recordings. But for the last month, whenever I record something it saves the file but, it is not available nor does it show under RECORDINGS. If this is the case, then, why am I being billed if the recording is not available and I don't have access to it? I mean, it will convert the file but it is not located in my Zoom account. Please help. Thank you.
