I just bought another user, but my gmail account is not receiving any emails from zoom. please support me

Hi @darrylnyk 

 

Can you check if you have it on spam?

 

Or if you enter your user in your zoom account (I understand that you are owner), and go to account, billing, can you check how many licenses do you have?
