I Have Workplace But I Am Not An Administrator? I Am The Only Person On My Account

I am a Zoom Workplace subscriber and the only person on my account, yet I cannot do administrative settings. Why? Who else would be the administrator? I need certain settings and should be allowed to do so.

    @jaminkeene - If you are the only person on your account, you should be the owner which has more permissions than an administrator.  If you are not seeing some settings, it may be possible that they are not available for your license type.  Can you share which settings you are looking for?
