I have signed up for Pro

I have upgraded my Zoom to Pro and paid the $14.99 for a webinar I have scheduled for tomorrow evening. I have signed out and signed in and still have no PRO updates. Please help!!!

    Unfortunately, we are unable to get personal information from you to look up your account to see what the problem may be.  You will need to go to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new to submit a support request for them to look at your account and see what is going wrong.

    Hi @Dalle,

     

    I suggest you check https://zoom.us/account/user#/ - you may need to assign your new license to yourself, by Editing your profile under that link.
