I bought Zoom Pro, but my profile is still set on basic, with all the limitations. what to do?

    @Baukje234 - Please verify that you have signed out and back in since purchasing your license.  The upgrade will only take effect at sign in.

    It doesn't sound like the payment was applied to you account.  Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to help, but please check out https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4405333397261 for how to contact billing and they will verify the charge went through and help with the upgrade.
