i changed my form of payment from credit cards to ach

I i’ll change my form of payments from credit cards to ACH. The ACH was done to my account. The zoom website said that it takes five days for it to come back. It’s been five days, but my account has not been restored. What are the steps that I should take?

    If your account has not been restored five days after making an ACH payment, here are the steps you should take:

    1. Double-check that your ACH payment was processed successfully by your bank.
    2. Try restoring your paid services by:
      • Paying any open invoices using the one-time payment link sent to your email,
      • Using the express payment option at https://zoom.us/paynow,
      • Or making a payment directly in your Zoom billing portal.
    3. If your account is still not restored after these steps, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed
