If your account is not locked, in your Zoom Admin navigate to Account Management > Account Profile. Locate the Terminate my Account found to the bottom of the page. However, in some previous versions of Zoom, you may have set up an authenticator, if you no longer have that authenticator, you may run into an issue where you never receive a code to terminate the account. The best way to log into your account without an authenticator code is to use an Apple ID or Google ID found at the bottom of the Login dialog. Unfortunately, free Zoom does not seem to want to lose its users, so it has removed any visible options for resetting old authenticators and acquiring new backup codes. Basically, you are just stuck with it, the way you are with free Skype products that do not go away.
If you have a Basic (free) account, you can delete your Zoom account at any time. This will permanently delete your Zoom account.
If you have a paid account, you must cancel your subscription and wait until the current billing cycle has ended (once the cancellation takes effect) before you can terminate your account.
