Dear,
I hope you are doing well.
We recently created a new Zoom account for our business. However, the account country is currently set to India. Our company is a registered United States LLC, and we require the account country to be updated to the United States in order to purchase US Zoom Phone numbers for business operations.
Although we operate remotely, our legal business entity is registered in the United States. We are happy to provide our LLC registration documents, EIN confirmation, and US business address for verification if required.
Kindly let us know the next steps to proceed with updating the account region.

    My apologies for the late response. 

    To update your Zoom account region and purchase US Zoom Phone numbers, you’ll need to add and verify your US business address in your Zoom account. Phone numbers can only be provisioned if you have a verified address in the target country.
     

    Once your US address is verified:

    1. Go to Number Management > Phone Numbers.
    2. Click Add Number.
    3. Select the United States and complete the purchase process.
