from yearly payment to monthly payment

since it is impossible to reach a Zoom helpdesk, I will try it this way. I have changed my subscription from yearly to monthly payment. I did get an confirmation by mail. And still my creditcard is charged for the full yearly amount. Where can I find someone who can help me undo this?
