Exporting invoices function is not working

When I try to select all of my invoices for 2022 (for tax filing purposes), I click on the button but then nothing happens.

    Welcome to the Zoom Community, @successinblack.

     

    I assume you're in the right place when clicking on a button... that's on the Zoom Web Portal at Admin-> Account Management -> Billing (shortcut: https://zoom.us/billing/report) on the Invoice History tab.  You should be able to click the Print button in the Receipt column.

     

    I'm on a PC using MS-Edge, and when I click the Print button, the invoice displays in a new tab, where I can click the Save icon and store the PDF where I'd like it to be.

     

    What type of computer, operating system, and browser are you using?
