Hello! My employer is canceling our Zoom for Business subscription tomorrow, and our account has over 200 recordings that are shared all over. Will those be lost? Thanks.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @KaitlynC.

I think your only option is to download the recordings to your computer or an online service like DropBox. Your subscription – even if canceled – should run to the next renewal date. As long as your employer doesn’t delete your account, you might have some time to do this.

Thank you! I was hoping we'd still have link access to all of our recordings that we created when we had the business account...they are shared/posted in sooooo many places. Appreciate the help!
