I am having difficulty changing the login email. I have followed the instruction in the help section but I get an error that the email address is taken. The email i want to change to is one that i receive email. I tried to login to zoom on another new device and it asked for account verification. I can't verify with the current zoom email login because it is incorrect. Should i delete the account to restart?
