Edit button does not appear in Billing Contact

Don't know if this is the right board but I need to edit my billing contact and the edit button does not appear.  I am using FireFox.  Please advise.

Hello,

 

I believe the site is optimized for Chrome. I can tell you that only the owner, admin, or a role with billing permissions on the account is permitted to update billing contacts. Refer to Updating your billing contact.
