Do I have an account configuration error regarding assignment of licenses?
Hi friends,
I have a Zoom Pro account. I understand that I should have nine licenses available. But when I reach the user assignment page, I find that I cannot assign any licenses out. I am the only licensed user showing among my half dozen colleagues. When I try to assign a license to one of them, I get a message that all of my licenses have been assigned, and the people revert to "Basic."
Could we have a configuration error in my account? Am I missing something?
