Hi There,

Is there a way or function through which I can know the accounts that have been deleted, with an explanation of the exact time of the deletion process?

    If you are a Zoom Admin on a Pro Account, you can go to 

    • Account Management
    • Reports
    • User Activity Reports
    • Operation Logs
    • Search by (All Categories)
    • The column with Operation Detail will list all of the operations including accounts that were deleted and the date.  It is not ideal as you can only search one month at a time and unless you export it into a spreadsheet, there seems to be no way to sort it.

    Thanks, jmanderson,

    I have a specific account and it was already deleted but I didn't find any data in this report.
    Note that this account was deleted in October and proof of this must be brought through the program.

    You should be able to search by date. If that still doesn't provide results then maybe reach out to Zoom Support. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003-Zoom-technical-support
