Current Plans Blank; Can't Upgrade Cloud Storage Plan
(Quick update after posting this: I can see my Current Plans when logged in on iPad using Safari. My issue was on Windows 10 with Edge -- which has always worked before.)
I need to update my Cloud Storage option for a month. Went to my Account -> Account Management -> Billing menu, and the Current Plans section is blank:

On the Pricing page after clicking the Buy Now button:

... it takes me to that blank page.
How can I upgrade my Cloud storage for 1 month?
