Contacting Sales
What is the best method to talk to and/or receive a response from Zoom. Over the past week, I have called the sales number several times and submitted the online contact form in an effort to discuss an upgrade and/or add on service to our account. When calling the number, 888-799-9666, I follow the prompts and am place on hold for 30 minutes or more. I have not received a response and/or acknowledgement of the contact form submitted online. DOES ZOOM HAVE LIVE HELP? Someone to speak to??
