Contacting Sales

What is the best method to talk to and/or receive a response from Zoom.  Over the past week, I have called the sales number several times and submitted the online contact form in an effort to discuss an upgrade and/or add on service to our account.  When calling the number, 888-799-9666, I follow the prompts and am place on hold for 30 minutes or more.  I have not received a response and/or acknowledgement of the contact form submitted online.  DOES ZOOM HAVE LIVE HELP?  Someone to speak to??

I also would like an answer to this question. I have made several attempts to contact sales and no-one has responded after two weeks.

I have the same issue. I have requested to be contacted by Zoom sales in order to upgrade my account and I haven't received anything from Zoom. They have sent me their "Thanks for contacting the sales team at Zoom" email three times (October 29, November 14, and November 19) and still have not received anything from anyone.

Hi Mark. I have been trying to get hold of the sales team for a number of weeks myself and had no response. Please can you let me know an email address so I can send a message rather than having to telephone call? Many thanks in advance, Sally
