I want to take advantage of new upgrade storage from 100 to 200 GB for $480, my renewal is always on April 27 however the renewal for this new plan says 3/26/25 which is one month earlier than it should be. that is not right..why is it renewing next year a month before it should be

    The Cloud Storage options are typically charged monthly.  I've never seen an option to pay for an annual storage plan:

    You should be billed $40/month for storage at the 200GB level.  Please review where you see the 26 March 2025 date and see what it applies to.  If you see that attached to the Cloud Storage option, I'd suggest creating a support ticket into Billing or call your Account Exec for assistance.
