Hello,

I have a workspace plan and also a cloud storage plan.
I am trying to cancel the cloud storage plan while keeping the workspace plan, zoom support is not returning to my support tickets.

Upon review, I wasn't able to find any related tickets in our system. Would you mind sharing the ticket number you received so I can investigate/escalate internally? If you haven't received a ticket number, then your original request might not have gone through. In that case, please submit a new request to Zoom Billing.
