Why do I get charged extra fees after the fee plus taxes.  The extra charge doesn't appear on my statement

    Hey @Flisty, as our billing team doesn't monitor the Community, if you could contact Zoom billing support as they can further help you with your statement. 

     

    To View your invoice history

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
    2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
    3. Click the Invoice History tab.
    4. Click Print to download and view a PDF of an invoice
