Charged for Basic

Hello -

My account is Basic which means it should be free. My meetings are limited to 40 minutes which makes sense with the Basic plan. However, am paying $16 per month and have been for over a year. Per the pricing, that means it should be a Pro account. Anyone else having this issue?
