Changing Email address on my account
Hi. I set up my Zoom account a few years ago with my personal email address. Then I started using Zoom in a different way and I changed the email address on the account. The email now showing on my account is the correct one - but they still send emails (eg your credit card needs updating) to my old email address and if I set up a meeting they still use the old email address to create the invitation emails. I have tried to contact support but nobody ever got back to me. Can anyone please advise? Thanks.
