change from monthly subscription payment to annual

I want to change my subscription payment from monthly to yearly.Previous payments were made using Google Play via OVO e-wallet. However, when I checked the billing subscription on Google Play, Zoom did not appear.  But when funds are available in OVO, they are automatically reduced for monthly Zoom payment transactions. How to change payment to annual Please help me

    I had  somewhat a similar problem. What I did is to go on zoom.com and click on payment be care this site is legal.   I paid my bill using that route.  Make sure your information is correct.

    At first I leary myself by saving my info. on the site.

    Also I had to select save if you don’t choose SAVE your payment doesn’t go through.
