CHANGE EMAIL

I'm attempting to change to another email address but it keeps telling me that I already have an account for the new email address and I do not.  Is there anyway I can get around this?  And because I'm not a premium user, I am unable to speak with anyone.  Sucks!!!

Hi @TerriR 

 

If the system is detecting an account under the email address, try going to Contact Zoom Support and selecting the Chatbot, and begin with "I can't access my account" then...
