CHANGE ANNUAL PACKAGE TO MONTHLY PACKAGE

Dear zoom, I have just placed a pro order on zoom.us . I would actually like to place a monthly order, but when coming to payment part, I didn't notice zoom had chose annual for me and I was charged the whole year fee. May I ask, How can I change to monthly package and will I be refunded the annual fee? Thank you zoom team.

    @Heroenglish  Were you trying to purchase EDU licenses or the pro/business level? EDU licenses are annual only..
